At Momcozy Official, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion or maternity items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

  Ship to Momcozy

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
